Chris Angelis

My name is Chris Angelis and I am an actor based out of New York, New York. Acting and filmmaking have built such a deep foundation in my life which I cannot wait to explore more. I had the privilege of growing up in Rockland County, NY (an hour outside of New York City) with a strong love for performing and creating instilled in me from a young age. As a kid, I jumped towards acting the first chance I could, acting in my middle school, high school, and local theater productions. As a teenager, I had the privilege of studying under incredible talent including Celeste Simone for voice and Faith Prince for acting, whom I am lucky enough to still train with currently. Moving to New York City for college at Pace University was the best decision I have ever made. I began meeting other creatives, writing and producing my own work with my film partner and close friend, and started channeling my focus towards my ultimate goal, film acting. Since April of 2020, I have acted in 10 films and commercials learning my own acting style and the ins and outs of a film set. During the Summer of 2021, I was fortunate enough to attend the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre Summer Intensive to grow a foundation with the Meisner Technique in hopes of training at a conservatory in the near future. As well as acting, I have also written and produced two films gaining professional recognition at multiple film festivals.
